How long will my purchase take to arrive?

All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail. The following times are estimations when you should receive your NUFC Hotspot product (Including Dispatch):

  • UK Delivery Aim: 5 Days
  • Europe Delivery Aim: 5 – 7 Days
  • USA Delivery Aim: 42 Days
  • Worldwide Delivery: If you would like to purchase a NUFC Hotspot item but postage is unavailable, please contact us as we may be able to arrange a special delivery.

What are the Shipping Options?

We offer a flat rate for shipping which will automatically calculate dependent on your shipping address. Please see the below for pricing:

  • UK Postage: £1.99
  • European Postage: £4.99
  • USA Postage: £4.99 (Extended delivery timeline)

What is the Return Policy?

The NUFC Hotspot Return Policy can be found at the bottom of each of our store-related pages; Online Store, Basket, Checkout.

Please ensure you read the description available next to each product for item specification before making a purchase. This will help to make sure there are no surprises when you receive your delivery.

As with many other small businesses, we cannot provide refunds for our products unless they are faulty. With this in mind we are more than happy to work with you to organise an exchange, for example a different size.

Please note as we are a very small business, we cannot afford to cover the postage costs of any returns you may wish to process.

We hope that our hard work and commitment to provide quality products ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely situation that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to help resolve your issue.

What if there is an issue with my purchase?

We do all we can to ensure your order is to the highest quality possible. As all orders are designed by ourselves, quality checked by us, and hand packaged meaning we are constantly vetting all our NUFC Hotspot products.

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product, please use our contact form to get in touch and we will look to resolve your issue ASAP!

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

As we aim to dispatch all NUFC Hotspot products within 48 hours, there is a small window for your order to be amended before dispatch. If you do wish to make changes within this window, then please contact us ASAP so we can review your order.

No changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.

How will I know that my purchase has contributed to a charitable donation?

As you may have seen, we are huge fans of the Alan Shearer Foundation. For a range of our products we will pledge £1 from each sale directly to the Alan Shearer Foundation.

Following the launch of the NUFC Hotspot Online Store in September 2020, we will be posting our donations on our dedicated page: NUFC Hotspot Charitable Donations

Our transactions are recorded and reviewed thoroughly, ensuring each time a £100 threshold is reached we can complete the donation in a lump sum.

How do I make sure my T-Shirt is the correct size?

All our products have detailed descriptions which can be viewed easily before placing an order. The sizing options will be visible when selecting the item you wish to add to your basket. Please also see our sizing chart below:

  • Small: 35-37″
  • Medium: 38-40″
  • Large 41-43″
  • XL: 44-46″
  • XXL: 47-49″
  • XXXL: 50-52″

How do I wash my printed T-Shirt?

To maintain the high quality of the printed design, please turn the T-Shirt inside out before washing. Washing the item in cooler water will also help maintain the colouring.
